EXCHANGE AND REFUND PROCESS: 

The exchange process works as follows. Submit the selected product for a refund. The amount will be refunded after we receive and inspect the item. The product you choose instead can be placed in a new order.

As a registered customer, you can also initiate the return from the Product return menu in your profile. 

1.Select the order from which you want to return a product.  

2.Select the product.  

3.Select the reason for the return.  

4.Select the quantity if multiple items were ordered.  

5.Enter your bank account number.  

6.Check your details.  

7.Confirm the return.  

Send the product back using a courier service or postal service of your choice. 

8.Heavy Tools will receive and inspect the package! 
9.You will receive your refund electronically within 14 days! 

Steps to withdraw from the contract on the returns/exchange page or via email with your order number: 

1.Fill out the online form – we can only accept the product if the form is completed!  

2.Mark the product.  

3.Select the reason for the return.  

4.Enter your bank account number.  

5.Check your details.  

6.Confirm the return.  

Send the product back using a courier service or postal service of your choice. 

7.Heavy Tools will receive and inspect the package! 
8.You will receive your refund electronically within 14 days! 

Refund conditions: 

If you paid by cash on delivery, the value of your order will be transferred to the bank account you provided. 
If you paid in advance by credit or debit card, the refund will be made through the intermediary bank to the card used during purchase, within 14 days. If your card details have changed after the purchase, please notify us. 

The cost of returning the product is your responsibility, but you may choose any shipping method.

Additional important information regarding returns: 

Free returns are only provided for defective products.  

Every returned product will be inspected.  

Always make sure to securely close the box or package.
